I don't understand why any one would want to use this Internet Service Provider..They boot you off have way unfair limits (And Yes you already paid your $10.00 amonth should be unlimited access.) the limit your usage after you gave the money? Well That's why I call them Screwhole. Cause if you signed up (And paid for) This supposed fast (Which there far far from being even close to ..23Kb/s is not fast dumb F***s) ISP you got Screwed and you just threw your money ($10.00 a month) into a deep dark hole.

They will ALWAYS drop your connection at 3 hours. Also, I had a very limited internet. Some sites were not allowed through with this service. Especially bad because some of the sites they would not allow were needed for my studies while I was in college.
This service was just a little better than none at all.

AOL is even better than Juno. Connections are always SLOW sometimes less than 1 kbps!!! Connections are dropped constantly. This is for Juno's upgrade to paid service. I wouldn't even dare trying their free services!!
Juno SUCKS!

My Juno connection has been extremely slow, from 4.8 to 21.8 Kbps. I would not recomend them.

Downloading email is fast (around 45k), but internet access is pitiful (around 31K).
